El Arag is a fantastic site full wonder. A combination of imposant rocky mountains and beautiful landscapes, makes this a mysterious location. El Arag has an amazing array of Roman and Pharaonic tombs carved inside the stone hills. 

Although the tombs have been plundered, some still have the original stone paintings and bones from ancient mummies are scattered all over the place. Under a thin layer of sand, ruins of a small Roman temple still lay, waiting to be discovered.
